When we set out to tackle the skills crisis four years ago, we shared a vision:​

For us, this is personal. We were gifted our careers by people who saw something in us when no one else did. We broke into the system but still made it, albeit via luck.

So, in 2021, frustrated by a job market that couldn’t recognise our value, we combined our tech and team-building expertise to start redefining a hiring process that focused on unlocking the potential of every person, no matter where they gained their skills.

Launched in 2023, Clu is already creating over 100,000 skills-based opportunities weekly, helping leading organisations like Warner Bros. Discovery and Global Media close their skills gaps, inclusively.
