🔊 74% of employees have the wrong skills for the jobs they are currently in.
🔊 Job seekers utilising Clu are retained at organisations at double the rate of the industry average (88% vs 43%).
🔊 More than 10,000 job seekers are engaged through Clu with over 6,750 of those with successful outcomes. Out of those, 38.8% identify as female, 13.6% as non-binary, 18.3% as disabled and 6.9% as neurodiverse.
